My name is Irina. Originally, I am from Minsk, Belarus, and baking has been my hobby since I was about 11 years old. I always enjoyed trying out new flavors and recipes. Every time I would be invited to a family/friend gathering, I would be asked to bring a dessert. For many years my friends and coworkers would ask me how come I don’t sell my desserts. I was convinced at an early age that in order to sell you have to be a natural and that “what if someone doesn’t like it". Fast forward to 2021, I lost my job due to COVID and had 2 kids under the age of 5… I decided to reassess my passion, next career direction and what I enjoyed doing the most. The answer was – baking. However, it took me 3 months to sell to my first customer and overcome my fear of selling. After I saw how happy the client was, it became clear that I was meant for that! 

All of my recipes are made from scratch. I can create any recipe from the given list of ingredients. I decided to take a healthier route and bake for people who have either food intolerances, allergies, medical conditions or they follow a specific lifestyle (vegan, keto). I reduce sugar and fats in all of my desserts, which makes them healthier already. My recipes came from my grandmother’s and my mom's hand-written recipe books.  I, then, added a modern twist to them to make them gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, egg-free etc.

Lactation cookies is a new item to the menu. I have 7 flavors available.  Whether a woman is nursing or pumping, cookies are completely safe for everyone. Being a mom has lots of challenges. One of the challenges I personally had is having enough supply for the baby.  I researched a lot of different ingredients and recipes for lactation cookies, and, finally, created my own recipes that (only) promote lactation, making it safe, beneficial, and a very healthy snack for the mom. Cookies are shipped across the states.
